Loop Music
Other Music
Ramble In The Bramble (2005) - a simple, easy looping piece for solo
classical guitar. (if you wish to perform or record it, this piece is covered under the Creative
Commons license shown
here, or
contact me for other terms).
- RealAudio
- MP3, 3.3MB (if you click,
it may just stream. otherwise, right-click and save to a file on your disk).
- Sheet music in PDF format (format is standard
notation over stemmed tab. I haven't put any care yet into formatting the
notation part, so it's not as pretty as it could be and sometimes enharmonic
equivalents are used inappropriately, but the tab is accurate and the
notation helps).
Cool Jewel (mp3, 2006, about 4 minutes) -
I finally found a context for the cheesy but wonderful faux-scat voices in the
GR-33.
I Woke Up (1999) (MP3, 2.9MB) This
is a live solo performance of a piece that takes some of the principles
developed by Steve Reich and applies them to text. The performance occurred
during a live taping of Van Williamson's Radio Free DelMarVa, a Prairie
Home Companion- kind of show for the Delaware/Maryland/Virginia area. I had
"softened up" the audience with a couple of more traditional guitar and simple
looping pieces before hitting them with this.
Please download any of these mp3 files and enjoy them. But remember they are
copyrighted material. I'd love to have you point people to this page to listen,
but please don't redistribute these files yourselves. Thanks.
All pieces composed and performed by Warren Sirota
